WeLink provides services related to Japan market entry and expansion, including Japan expo support, ecommerce support, translation, interpretation, sales representation, and market entry support. The services are designed to assist businesses and individuals seeking to enter or expand their presence in the Japanese market. The specific details and scope of services will be outlined in separate agreements between WeLink and the User.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to use WeLink Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using WeLink Services.
5. Intellectual Property
WeLink Services and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of WeLink or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from WeLink Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeLink and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use WeLink Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on WeLink Services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through WeLink Services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on WeLink Services. Your continued use of WeLink Services after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
