Exchanges & Returns Policy

  1. Refunds Generally not offered. In exceptional cases, where services are prepaid and work has not begun, refunds may be considered on a prorated basis.
  2. Prorated Refunds If unable to proceed with services post-payment, contact us. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the extent of unused services. Requests must be made within one month of delivery.
