Translation Editing after Delivery
If unsatisfied with the translation service quality or other aspects, you may request edits within six months of delivery.

○ Editing following changes to the original text will incur a separate fee.
○ Editing requests post three months of delivery will not be entertained. Contact WeLink for further details.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, you will be billed for the work done up until the point of cancellation.

Payment Methods

Exchanges & Returns Policy
○ Product Returns Returns for sold or rented items must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and items must be in original condition.
○ Refunds In exceptional cases, refunds may be offered on a prorated basis if services have not commenced or products have not been used.
